The Group
Duo (alias, real name unknown)
Duo has always been the binding force in the group. Possesing an IQ of 206, Duo is the unofficial leader of the group. He and Rachel met shortly after he completed the laboratory. Even though he is the binding force in the group, very few details are known about his past. Only Duo and Rachel know everything.
Duo was, in fact, the only reason any of the group survived the destruction of their universe. Duo was monitoring the situation in his laboratory, for he feared something like this would happen, and was able to save them before the explosion by ushering them into his laboratory (shielded for just such an occasion). Now that they are in this new universe, he has become an incredible asset to both the group and the human resistance.
Rachel
One of the few non humans in the group, Rachel has been Duo's girlfriend for many years. She is a very young Elf, only being 420, and thus does not posess as much magical knowledge as some of the elven mages in the old universe. However, she still has enough magical knowledge to seriously kick demon ass in this new universe.
Parco
THE powergamer of the group. His life revolves around videogames, even in the new universe, where demons abound. In fact, he was just trying to get his Monk, Zellos, up to Level 60 in Final Fantasy 11 when Duo pulled him into the lab. He still hasn't forgiven him for that, even though Parco is having a lot more fun in the real world, just blowing shit up.
Hoot
Hoot isn't as big a gamer as Parco, but Hoot loves his racing games. And anything else that has to do with cars. In fact, he posesses an almost supernatural affinity with cars, with the ability to fix a car that is nothing but a steering wheel and a frame into something that kicks so much ass, it's not funny. He isn't always as vocal as some of the other members of the group, preferring to keep to himself and his cars.
Ray
Ray is the only human girl in the group, but it doesn't seem to bother her that much. She was, and still is, an avid Sega fan. In fact, she was somehow able to sneak in all her sega consoles and games into the lab before the destruction of the origional universe. However, now that this new universe is her home, she is doing whatever she can to protect it from the demons.
Stef
Stef is a Succubus, a true demon that feeds off of a humans sexual energy. She came into the group when the aliens upstairs created a portal that messed up a portal in Moog's room, and they first found her when she scared off the Micahel Jackson clone. When she's not wearing something with a lot of cleavage, she's out kicking the asses of the demons who are invading this universe. It is unknown at this time why she is fine, while Moog went insane after they landed.
Zach
Zach is a soldier for hire that Duo hired to help the group and the 50 other random people he picked up prepare for the holographic LAN party on the Halo Duo built. After kicking covie ass in Halo, Zach decided to stay with Duo's group (mostly because of a need for a place to live.) He has a mysterious past, and no one knows just why he likes seeing things explode so much.
The Human Resistance
General Kasey
Kasey is a bad ass. Plain and simple. He's been fighting demons since they started invading, and has almost as fierce a hatred of the demons as the Dwarves have of the Orcs. The scar on his face was given to him by a Grull. It slashed his face, right before he took his shotgun and blew it's head off. Even though he's a Brigadier General, that doesn't stop him from leading his troops into battle personally.
Venn
One of the aliens who origionally lived above Duo and company. Very little is known about her, except that she was a dedicated soldier. She came to this new universe by accident, just narrowly missing the destruction of the universe. Now, she uses her training to fight alongside the humans against the demons - since she doesn't really have any other choice.
The Demons
Azarkas
Little is known about Azarkas, except that he is a demon enveloped in fire, encased in a stone like armor. He is the leader of the demons.
Moog
Origionally from the old universe, and origionally part of Duo's group, Moog went crazy when they landed. He reverted back to his true demon form, and was eventually picked up by Azarkas guards. Since then, Azarkas has been training him to be his right hand man. He is a shapeshifter, who, in his human form, was origionally 5'6". After his training by Azarkas, he has learned to alter his human form so that he is now 8'2" and very buff. After Azarkas training, he was able to keep his mind in Demon form as well.
